WHAT ARE THE STUDIO RATES?
The studio fees are based off of an hourly rate of $90. For half and full day rates please email us at joche@shoppeverydayjoy.com
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Paid parking is available on both sides of Queen St E for $2/hr. There is free parking available on Berkeley St. North of Queen, less than 1 min walk to the studio ( parking is as available on first come first serve basis)
IS THERE A DAMAGE FEE?
Décor / Small Scale Accents
In the event that an article is damaged under the time frame of the short term space rental, the “rentee” will pay the retail value of the article(s) damaged within the timeframe.
Larger Accents / Furniture Pieces
Damages incurred to larger pieces within the rental space will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Damages include but are not limited to: stains ( liquid, food, denim, etc …), rips / tears to upholstered articles, broken furniture ( or large accents)
