  • The item I purchased is damaged or defective
    All of our pieces our individually packaged and wrapped with care, unfortunately accidents happen. Upon arrival of your piece, inspect the item thoroughly, if there are any issues please contact us at: support@shoppeverydayjoy.com
  • What is your return policy?
    A return can be issued within 30 days of receiving the delivered item, if the outlined date is exceeded an exchange can be processed within 45 days for another product of equal or greater value. Every issue will be dealt with our customer service team, case by case. Because our business is solely online, items can only be returned via mail, to start the process of a return or exchange please email hello@ejcollective.com.
