SHIPPING POLICY

We’ve personally selected styles and products to cater to the needs of our customers, and we love to share your enthusiasm about our awesome accessories and home wares. 

 

As soon as your order processing is “complete”, you will receive an email from our team to let you know that your product has been shipped. Please allow 1-5 days for your order to be processed, (we are just as excited as you are to receive your products). If you do not receive an email confirmation from us once your order has shipped, please send us an email at support@shoppeverydayjoy.com so that we can further assist you. 

 

Any orders that are placed during a holiday or weekend day ( Friday, Saturday, Sunday) will not be processed until the following business day. There is also a possibility that your order may be delayed outside Everyday Joy's control and we are not responsible for any delays caused by our third party courier services. 

 

Our domestic shipping fees is a standard shipping fee of $14.99. We currently only ship to all provinces and we're working on our logistics to ship to the territories in Canada. 

 

We also ship across the border to most states in America! Our International Shipping fees are a standard $15.99 CAD. 

 

**Additional shipping fees may be required for individuals that live in more remote locations of Canada and the United States. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Everyday Joy we want to make sure that you have the best shopping  experience possible, we stand by our product and believe that each piece is of the highest quality. However if you are for what ever reason dissatisfied with the quality of our product, listed below is the steps and actions.

 

 A return can be issued within 30 days of receiving the delivered item, if the outlined date is exceeded an exchange can be processed within 45 days for another product of equal or greater value. Every issue will be dealt with our customer service team, case by case. Because our business is solely online, items can only be returned via mail, to start the process of a return or exchange please email support@shoppeverydayjoy.com

 

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Our product that is apart of our Holiday Seasonal Collections are final sale and non - refundable, purchases made during this time are subject to exchanges while quantities last.

After the return is processed, the value will be returned onto the original method of payment within 5 - 10 business days
