Fall 2023 Home Trends We're Noticing

The start of a new season always has us itching to refresh and renew our spaces. Fall is no different, the crisper air and hearty meals add a level of cozy that we are always looking to match at home. More layers, thicker throws, are amongst some of the home rituals we all complete to give our spaces an added edge. How do we provide a new experience in the places we cultivate and love?

We've noticed a few home trends for fall this season, and we can't help but share these editions that will leave our spaces refreshed and feeling beautiful. As we transition our homes for the warmer months of the year, we've listed a few of our favourite fall 2023 home trends:

Willow and Willa Vases

Earthy Tones and Natural Materials

Warmer tones and deeper neutrals have been trailblazing since 2022, this fall the emphasis on cultivating a layered, more experienced space. The use of warmer tones allows us to feel connected to our environment.

Introducing elements that not only bring "the outdoors in", like foraged greenery also reflect a more organic fusion between our home and the current reflection of our natural environment.

Natural materials like cane and jute continue to make a statement and we've seen them highlighted through decor accents and larger furniture pieces, as we look to add additional warmth and texture into our spaces through design.

Organic Shapes

Still high on our radar is the use of organic shapes in our design and decor styling. This fall we're moving away from classic symmetry, and styling with accents that have movement and evoke a bit of emotion. I'm sure you're already noticing a theme this year, your home and personal space should feel inviting, relaxed and refreshed. No matter what your design style is, you can incorporate these trends with ease.

Warm Neutrals are Back and Making a Big Statement (but did they ever really leave?)

Everyday Joy | Harper and Rowan Pillow

Warm neutrals have been on the rise, but this year we are seeing neutrals take charge with an added element of luxe. Classic materials like marble are coming back with a warmer palette to ease into this new relaxed style of living. Neutrals are back on the forefront bringing life to trends like lime-wash paint, vintage styling and classic accents. We've added a few of our favourites from the shop to highlight this trend.

Not sure how to implement these trends? We got you covered with a few of our favourite accents that help tell a story:

We love experiencing trends that make it super easy to commit into our everyday lifestyle. Trends should be a fun way of incorporating some movement or differentiation to your current style. Find elements that will work in your existing style without having to embody a completely different version of your personality style that wouldn't normally exist in our current reality.
